Visual Art

We have a quality Visual Arts program, with a specialist teacher and have a strong belief that the arts has the capacity to engage, inspire and enrich all students, exciting the imagination and encouraging them to reach their creative and expressive potential.

Our visual arts teacher was the recipient of the 2022 Minister's Arts Education Awards and has used the award to further develop quality visual arts teaching and learning experieinces.

The arts play a major role in the development and expression of cultures and communities, locally, nationallyand globally. Students communicate ideas in current, traditional and emerging forms and use arts knowledge and understanding to make sense of their world. Through The Arts, students learn to express their ideas, thoughts and opinions as they discover and interpret the world.

We are committed to providing a quality arts program with engagement and support of recognised quality providers of Arts learning and exposure for excursions and incursions including workshops and internal programs.
